Established by Cadence Care Network, the Cadence Coffeehouse and Creperie is a social enterprise located in downtown Niles that provides vulnerable youth with job training and life skills … all while serving up great coffee, pastries, crepes and sandwiches in a city center that’s on its way back.

Cadence Care Network is a nonprofit agency that focuses on both behavioral and emotional well-being of youths, as well as treatment and placement of youth in compassionate and qualified foster care homes.

The Cadence Coffeehouse and Creperie is located at 31 North Main St. in historic downtown Niles, directly across the street from the President McKinley Memorial Library. We are on the first floor of the Carmella Building with customer access from the front and sides of the building.

Customers can enjoy their food and beverage al fresco, as well, in our outdoor seating area while enjoying a beautiful view of the McKinley Memorial.

The first floor of the building is 2,600 square feet and is being fully renovated thanks in large part to a Community Resiliency Project Matching Grant through the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, which covered 75% of the project.

The coffeehouse and creperie features:

  • A bar service area
  • 2 ADA-approved bathrooms
  • Seating for 24
  • A kitchen
  • Meeting space to present art and read
  • A community room for utilization by the residents of the community

The parking lot can accommodate 28 parked cars and there is ample curbside parking across the street.
